The Holistic Futures Journey
Holistic Futures is a registered NDIS provider supporting people with disability across Victoria. Since supporting our first NDIS participant in March 2019, we have steadily expanded our team, Supported Independent Living services and personalised support options.
From Holistic Futures’ early SIL services in the Manningham area to a team of 100 support workers and 127 participants receiving a variety of supports by July 2026, our growth has been shaped by the changing needs of the people we support.
Holistic Futures became a registered NDIS provider in 2019.
In March, we began supporting our first NDIS participant. Holistic Futures' accommodation services followed soon after, with our first Supported Independent Living (SIL) service commencing in the Manningham area in September and a second in November.
By 2020, Holistic Futures had grown to 30 support workers.
In June, we expanded our Supported Independent Living services with a third SIL service in the Manningham area.
Our SIL network continued to grow beyond Manningham.
In 2021, Holistic Futures commenced Supported Independent Living in Caroline Springs, followed by a SIL service in South Morang in 2022.
These new locations allowed us to support more participants in different parts of Melbourne.
As Holistic Futures grew, we continued building the systems and team needed to support participants consistently.
In January 2023, Holistic Futures employed a full-time Administration and Rostering Coordinator.
During the year, Holistic Futures successfully completed an NDIS re-registration audit and began providing 24/7 support to three participants living in their own homes.
In 2024, Holistic Futures expanded our Supported Independent Living services into Gisborne, extending our supported accommodation and disability support presence beyond metropolitan Melbourne.
2025 marked another period of growth for Holistic Futures.
Our team reached 80 support workers, and in January we appointed a Compliance and Liaison Leader to work alongside the leadership team.
During the year, Holistic Futures also:
- Began providing concierge support using a 10+1 model
- Started providing support within an SDA property in St Albans using a four-resident model
- Opened a new SIL service in Wollert
These developments broadened the types of living arrangements and support models available to participants.
Holistic Futures successfully completed another NDIS re-registration audit in 2026.
Our Supported Independent Living services continued to expand in Doncaster, while our workforce grew to 100 support workers.
By July 2026, Holistic Futures was providing a variety of disability supports to 127 participants.
Holistic Futures Today
Our history reflects steady growth in response to participant needs.
Today, Holistic Futures’ services include Supported Independent Living, support in participants’ own homes, 24/7 assistance, concierge support and support within Specialist Disability Accommodation settings.
